Bettina has over 20 years of HR experience in multinational companies in local and mostly global HR roles spanning the entire life cycle of employees. She has worked with employees at all levels in organisations and was HR Business Partner for senior executives at C-suite level.
Bettina’s preferred working style is through developing a relationship where trust, openness and authenticity are at the center and believing in the resourcefulness of her contact partners. Bettina works with individuals, teams, and organisations in transition and aims at establishing an optimal balance between business objectives and sustainable profits and overall health status of the organisation and employees. When designing and implementing solutions Bettina focuses on a customer targeted approach and accompanies the client in the implementation phase. Ensuring best fit for the organisation is a priority.
