Melissa Whiting

Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity Strategy, Philip Morris International

Melissa Whiting is the Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity Strategy at Philip Morris International. She is responsible for driving initiatives that foster a sense of inclusion and belonging, and that remove barriers (whether systemic or behavioural etc.) to the realisation of the full participation and potential of all.

She has worked in Australia, Hong Kong and is currently based in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a Coach she also accompanies leaders to overcome self-doubt and cultivate more self-belief, self-trust and self-acceptance.

Jane Hoskisson

Director Learning & Development, IATA

Jane Hoskisson is the Director of Learning and Development at IATA in Geneva, Switzerland. Since graduating she has held challenging roles in Oil, Pharma, Tobacco and Aviation focusing on sustainability and diversity.

She began her career as a business analyst working on organisational projects but was always drawn to the aspects of change and people and after completing her MBA, she moved into Organisational Transformation, Procurement and Auditing. This led to a Masters in HR and, over the past 10 years, she has had senior roles in Learning and Development, Talent Management and Employee engagement.

Jean-Claude Woeffray

Site General Services Senior Manager & OHS Officer, Tetra Pak - Tetra Laval

Jean-Claude is the Site General Services Senior Manager & OHS Officer at the HQ of the Tetra Pak/Tetra Laval Group in Pully, Switzerland. In his role as OHS officer Jean-Claude is responsible for championing occupational health and safety within the business. This includes Mental Health & Wellbeing which he actively deploys via training workshops throughout all of the Swiss entities of the group.

Prior to his current position Jean-Claude headed the accounting department of Tetra Laval International. Jean-Claude firmly believes that soft skills and mental well-being are essential components for a company’s sustainable performance. He is convinced that emotional intelligence is vital for leadership in today’s uncertain and challenging times.
